Each item has be carefully made by hand and also photographed as accurately as possible. However, please be mindful and aware that there may be subtle difference between what you seen on your screen and its description.

Currently the items available in my store can only be shipped within Australia.
Shipping is free of charge within Australia.
International Shipping & handling fees will differ depending on the country and will vary once you place you order. So please make sure you email me directly before completing an order so we can work out shipping costs for you.

Items you order will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order. You will receive an email notification.

Please note that I cannot offer a refund or cancellation once you have placed an order with Spencer Ceramics. However, if your items are damaged in transit, please can you contact me within three days of receipt via email to info@spencerceramics.com.au and include photos.
